Is this a real working watch, or just a bracelet?
It is a working watch. The dial tells the time and it is set into a Kundan bracelet, so it functions as both a timepiece and a piece of jewellery.

Does it come with a warranty?
No. This piece is sold without a watch warranty. If it arrives faulty or damaged, our standard return policy applies — raise the request within 2 days of delivery and we will take care of it. Beyond that window there is no warranty cover on the movement or battery.

What happens when the battery runs out?
The battery is not covered by any warranty. Message us on WhatsApp before ordering if you'd like to discuss battery replacement, and we'll tell you what's involved for this particular piece.

What size is it, and will it fit me?
It's adjustable and free size, so it fits most wrists without needing a measurement.

What is it made of?
A brass and alloy base with a matt gold micro polish finish, set with Kundan stones and pearls. This is imitation jewellery — there is no gold, silver or precious stone content, and the pearls are imitation.

Is it real gold?
No. Matt gold micro polish is a plated finish over brass and alloy. There is no gold content.

Can I wear it in water, or while washing my hands?
No. This is not a water-resistant watch. Keep it away from water entirely, and take it off before washing your hands, showering or swimming. Water is the main cause of damage to both the movement and the plating.

Will the finish fade?
Matt gold micro polish softens gradually with heavy or repeated wear — normal for imitation jewellery, not a defect. Indian-made imitation jewellery does not come anti-tarnish. Our pieces are made for weddings and festive occasions rather than routine wear, and with the care routine above the finish typically looks good for one to two years.
