Return & Exchange Policy

All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans and undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch.
This policy applies to all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • We accept returns or exchanges only for faulty or defective items
  • The request must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Products that are damaged, altered, or missing components will be accepted for return.

  2. Provide your order details, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
  4. Customer need to ship the shipment by them self (if product is retune on the basis of dislike or size issue )
  5. Carefully pack the product and ship it back using a reliable courier service.

  1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size, color, or variant, subject to availability.
  • If the requested replacement is not available, a store credit will be issued.
  • Price differences (if any) for exchanged items will be adjusted accordingly.

  1. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., size, color, or change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

  1. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed once the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to as a  store credit valid for 6 month (after date of delivery to origin)
