No. This is imitation jewellery. The stones are AAA cubic zirconia, also called American Diamond — a high-grade lab-made stone, not a diamond.

AAA cubic zirconia is a high-grade lab-made stone cut for strong brilliance. It's the standard stone in Indian imitation jewellery, and "American Diamond" is the common retail name for it.

Is it real gold?
