What's included in the Reha necklace set?
One two-layer necklace and one matching pair of back-screw earrings.

Can the necklace length be adjusted?
The necklace ships at a fixed length, but we can add extra hooks to lengthen it before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp with your requirement before you place the order and we'll make it up to fit. Once an order has shipped we can't alter it, so it's worth telling us in advance.

What does "two-layer" mean?
The necklace has two strands sitting at slightly different lengths, one above the other. It gives more presence than a single-strand necklace without the weight of a full bridal set.

Are these real diamonds?
No. This is imitation jewellery. The stones are cubic zirconia, also called American Diamond — a lab-made stone, not a diamond.

Is it real gold?
No. The finish is gold-tone plating over a brass and alloy base. There is no gold content.

Are the earrings screw-back or push-back?
Back screw. Undo the screws fully when removing them rather than pulling.

Will it tarnish or fade over time?
Gold-tone plating softens gradually with heavy or repeated wear — normal for imitation jewellery, not a defect. Indian-made imitation jewellery does not come anti-tarnish. Our pieces are made for weddings and festive occasions rather than routine wear, and with the care routine above the finish typically looks good for one to two years.

Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging with tags intact. Refunds are issued as store credit valid 6 months. We bear return shipping on defective, damaged or incorrect items; for a size or change-of-mind return, approx ₹150 is borne by the customer.
