Are these real diamonds or real gold?
No. Hema Collections is an imitation jewellery brand. Where a piece is described as diamond, that means American Diamond — AAA-grade cubic zirconia, which is the standard term across Indian imitation jewellery. Gold-toned and silver-toned describe the plating over an alloy and brass base, not the metal itself. We say so plainly rather than leave it to be assumed.

Will it tarnish?
With heavy or repeated wear, the finish will dull — imitation jewellery made in India is not anti-tarnish, and we would rather tell you than promise otherwise. Put it on last and take it off first, keep it away from water, sweat and perfume, wipe it with a soft dry cloth and store it sealed. Our pieces are made for weddings and festive occasions rather than routine wear.

Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available across India, and an additional COD charge may apply. Depending on the order value, the delivery pin code and its return history, your past orders, and the festive season, we may ask for a small advance before dispatch. Our team will confirm this with you on phone or WhatsApp before the order ships.

Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India. An additional charge may apply on COD orders.

Can I return or exchange a clearance item?
No. Clearance pieces are sold at a reduced price and are not eligible for return or exchange, including for size or change of mind. The one exception is if your piece arrives damaged or faulty, or is not the item you ordered — message us on WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery and we will make it right. The general returns policy below applies to our full-price pieces.
