Shipping Information

All orders (domestic & international) are shipped within 2-5 working days. In case of unusual delays, you will be notified.

Delivery time ranges from 7-10 days after dispatch for all orders. Allow 2-3 days extra for international orders.

Free international shipping on orders above US$ 1,000, For orders below US$ 1,000 shipping charges applicable. COD not available for international orders currently.

Return /Exchange Policy

Faulty / defective goods if any will be accepted for refund / exchange. Our policy lasts 2 days hours. If 2 days have gone by since the receipt of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns / exchange for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email / communication to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days or else a credit note will be provided to be used for buying any other product with us.
